Our kitchen
Two traditions. One point of view.
The Monk’s brings together the depth of Indian cooking and the spirited energy of Indo-Chinese food — not as a novelty, but as a menu built for the way people love to eat.

Fire & wok
Classics on one side. Street-food spirit on the other.
Our Indian menu starts with the tandoor: high heat, smoke and char shaping paneer, chicken, seafood, lamb and fresh breads. Curries and biryani round out the familiar side of the table.
The Indo-Chinese side turns up the pace with momos, wok-tossed noodles and house preparations such as Manchuria, Sichuan and street style. It’s lively food made to share.
Made to order
Your kind of heat.
Many dishes can be adjusted to suit your preferred spice level. Ask our team what can be tailored when you order, and we’ll help you find the right balance.
Come for lunch, settle in for dinner, pick up on the way home or gather around a catered table. However you join us, the kitchen cooks for your order.
